Tai is an avid consumer of political news and content, having spent much of her college years slunk over a laptop, nursing a third cup of coffee, and dissecting legislation in the halls of Olympia. As a former lobbyist with the Washington Student Association, Tai specialized in content analysis, visual media communications, and campaign strategic planning. She eventually focused her efforts at home in Seattle, where she worked with the Washington Won't Discriminate campaign against I-1552 as a youth event coordinator, and then quickly jumped onboard Teresa Mosqueda's successful campaign for Seattle City Council as her field director.
Following the conclusion of the campaign, Tai entertained a few offers, but realized she was already right at home at NWP. She is thrilled to assist the team as a content and advertising developer.
A native from the Dominican Republic, Tai enjoys travelling to visit her family, raising the social media profile of her beloved dog 'Pirate', and spending time with her wife in their West Seattle home. She holds a B.A in Global Studies from the University of Washington.
